CLART!

Established on 29th December 2017, Centre for Laboratory Animal Research and Training (CLART) under West Bengal Livestock Development Corporation Ltd. is located at Buddhapark, Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal. It aims toward “Breeding for the purpose of trade on small animals” under the CPCSEA of Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Government of India.

All the laboratory animals of CLART are being used for experimentation in different aspects of physiology, pathology, immunology, oncology and neuroscience, which are monitored by specially designed software and digital identification system.
